Building & Renovating Homes Across Port Douglas
Whether you’re building a permanent home, a holiday home or a renovation that makes more of the one you have, Kay Construction FNQ delivers solutions tailored to your property and lifestyle.
From Port Douglas and Craiglie through to Mossman, Wonga Beach and Oak Beach, we take the time to understand your goals before recommending a practical approach that improves functionality, comfort and long-term value.
- BUILT FOR THE COAST
Designed For Tropical Living
Homes in Port Douglas face unique challenges and opportunities. Salt air, high humidity, cyclone season and a lifestyle centred on the outdoors all shape how a home should be built.
Whether we’re building new or renovating, we focus on maximising airflow and natural light, choosing materials suited to coastal conditions, and creating indoor-outdoor living spaces that make the most of the setting.
The result is a home that’s comfortable, practical and built to perform in the Far North Queensland climate for years to come.
